Determination of organizational culture by the dominant leadership style

The paper investigates the influence of organizational culture on leadership style in company. Every company needs managers who will develop a certain order to meet preconditions for effective actions that lead achievement company's goals. Organizational accordance with established norms and rules determines how understand accept specific employee behavior, which is fitting managing employees by leaders. uses situational approach according typology styles based two key criteria: concern people performance. classification Edwards Kleiner four types culture: indifferent culture, caring strict integrative culture. Based agreement criteria differentiating cultures styles, hypotheses about cause-and-effect relations between them are set paper.
